STOTT PILATES® exercises are designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and rebalance the muscles around the joints. STOTT PILATES® develops optimal neuromuscular performance by focusing on core stability, while balancing muscular strength with flexibility.

All of our instructors are trained and certified in the STOTT PILATES®  method and are thoroughly engaged in your success. In individual sessions and small classes that are always fun and challenging, they’ll give you corrective, supportive and motivational feedback, educate you about your strengths, and teach you how to improve any areas in need.

Private Session:

A 50-minute session with a STOTT PILATES®  instructor on Pilates equipment. Each session is tailored to your body, goals and interests for the ultimate personalized workout.

Duet Session:

A 50-minute session for two clients with a STOTT PILATES® instructor on Pilates equipment. Each session is tailored to the goals of the clients, with consideration for each participant’s body.

Semi-Private Group Class:

A 50-minute class for a maximum of five participants on the Reformer, including props. Each class has a theme determined by the STOTT PILATES® instructor, who will give feedback and individual attention to each member of the class. To help maintain the quality, flow, safety and integrity of classes, we require that you have prior Pilates experience or have taken one Private Session or the free Reformer Intro class at Inspire Health before participating in a Semi-Private Class.

STOTT PILATES® exercises are designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and rebalance the muscles around the joints by changing the sequences of the exercises, the postural alignment, and the addition of props. In addition, STOTT PILATES® includes more preparatory exercises and modifications to cater to many different body types and abilities, making it more applicable to sport-specific training and everyday life.

Inspire Health is Georgia’s Licensed Training Center for STOTT PILATES®. As a result, we have some of the country’s most experienced instructors on staff. This means our staff benefits from regular continuing education, and you benefit from the chance to work with our highly trained instructors.
