Private and Duet Pilates
Personalized for your body
Our instructors are trained in the STOTT PILATES ® method which promotes a contemporary approach to pilates, meaning each session will be tailored to your body, your posture and your goals to make it the most effective pilates session for you.
Focused on You
Beyond personalized and focused attentions, private and duet pilates are a great way to be introduced to pilates if you are wanting to join classes and have never used reformers.
Private Sessions
Private sessions are your time to turn your focus inward and do the valuable work of body maintenance and mind-body connection, while improving strength, flexibility, balance, and posture. Private sessions are just you and your instructor working in our fully equipped studio for 50 minutes of one-on-one instruction.
Duet Sessions
Duet sessions are two clients working with one instructor for 50 minutes to create a customized session with both client’s pilates experience level and physical abilities taken into account.
