Inspire Health

With a strong foundation in movement science and rehabilitation, Brooke brings a well-rounded, integrative approach to fitness and recovery. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science from Kennesaw State University and is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant through South University. Her extensive training includes Pilates (reformer, mat, barrels, and adillac), a 300-hour yoga certification with specialties in yin and meditation, CrossFit Level 1, and personal training certifications through ACE and NASM. Born and raised in Atlanta, she began teaching yoga in 2006, which sparked a passion for corrective exercise and functional movement. This led her to pursue physical therapy and ultimately discover Pilates as a powerful bridge between rehabilitation and performance. She is passionate about helping clients improve strength, mobility, and longevity. Outside the studio, she competes in Olympic weightlifting in the masters division alongside her husband, is a devoted mom, and a lifelong Atlanta Braves fan.
