Eleanore received her Masters of Science Degree in Physical Therapy at the University of California, San Francisco in 2000. Since 2000 she has spent the majority of her physical therapy career working in a variety of outpatient orthopedic settings both corporately and privately run and therefore understands the importance of quality one on one care for optimal results.
As a result of her wide range of clinical experience, Eleanore is able to meet the needs of clients efficiently and effectively on a broad continuum of care. She has completed extensive post graduate coursework focusing on manual therapy for the spine and the extremities and holds her Certification for the treatment of spine in the McKenzie method.
As a health and fitness enthusiast herself she understands the importance of an early return to sports and activity and feels that is best achieved through a combination of manual intervention, proper exercise, and Pilates utilizing the STOTT PILATES® method.
