Therapeutic Massage
Less Pain, More Movement
Our highly trained therapists utilize myofascial release techniques to provide length, mobility, hydration and restoration to fascia. This specialized technique is beneficial for a wide range of injuries and conditions — a powerful complement to physical therapy and pilates.

Manage Stress, Reduce Pain
Massage at Inspire Health can be a stand alone therapy or combined with physical therapy treatment or pilates. Many clients find our collaborative and whole body approach to wellness and healing extremely beneficial and welcome the opportunity to collaborate with us to develop a customized treatment plan. Our clients use massage therapy to help manage stress, reduce pain, and address headaches and migraines, and scar management, post surgical recovery, neuralgias and spinal disc pathologies.
As in anything, there are practitioners and masters. Geoff West is a Master. His knowledge and expertise are extraordinary. I would recommend him to anyone suffering from pain.

What is Fascia?
Fascia is a complex web of connective tissue and ground substance that envelops and interconnects every muscle, bone, nerve, artery, vein, and internal organ. At Inspire Health, therapists utilize myofascial release techniques—gentle, sustained pressure and stretching—to alleviate tension in these tissues, aiming to improve posture, strength, and overall function.
