Our clients are thankful for the virtual option and surprised at the quality and effectiveness of our virtual physical therapy and pilates sessions.

Anytime, anywhere access to nearly 100 recorded classes and wellness tutorials. Our STOTT PILATES Instructors have recorded dozens of mat classes with props and without, reformer classes, ZENGA classes, MELT classes, and Pilates with a PT classes.
Maintaining your health from the comfort of your own home is more crucial than ever. Inspire Atlanta offers online PT follow-up sessions, online private pilates, as well as access to a full online video membership. We’re intent on utilizing technology to keep our community healthy and strong.
Conveniently supplement your in-person sessions or keep up your workouts when traveling with our Online Membership.
