Differentiated Pilates Instruction
Pilates is truly for everybody. We have a diverse range of instructors and types of sessions to meet the needs of athletes, active aging, rehabilitation, and fitness enthusiasts! Our studio offers private equipment sessions, duet sessions, and small group reformer classes of no more than 6 participants. We also offer virtual sessions and classes so you can keep up your pilates practice from wherever you are.
All Inspire instructors are trained in STOTT PILATES®, the ivy-league of pilates education. Choose from our certified instructors with varying levels of experience or licensed physical therapists, all certified. Founded in 2005, Inspire Health is one of the most established and comprehensive pilates studios in the Atlanta-Metro area. We are also a Licensed Training Center for STOTT PILATES® – providing instructor education to pilates instructors across the country.
