Clinical Pilates
Classes instructed by Physical Therapists
Access all the biomechanical and therapeutic knowledge of our physical therapists through private pilates sessions and our small group reformer classes. All our physical therapists are trained in the STOTT PILATES® method and use pilates exercises and equipment to facilitate pain-free optimal movement patterns while developing strength, endurance, mobility and stability within the body.

Clinical pilates and small group reformer classes are similar to privates and classes with our certified instructors in that you will use pilates equipment, exercises and methodology. Different because our physical therapists provide a customized pilates experience beneficial for clients who need modifications due to injuries, surgeries, or ongoing medical conditions. The advanced education, knowledge and clinical experience of physical therapists combined with pilates equipment and exercises can make pilates therapeutic, safe, and accessible for anyone managing neuromusculoskeletal challenges.

Pilates for Athletic Performance Enhancement
Pilates enhances athletic performance by refining the body’s biomechanics, improving joint alignment, and fostering efficient energy transfer. By developing core strength, balance, and neuromuscular coordination, athletes can achieve greater power, precision, and control in their movements. This method acts as the fine-tuning mechanism, optimizing the body’s mechanics to maximize output and reduce injury risk.

Pilates is more than just stretching or core work—it’s a form of resistive exercise that uses your own body weight, spring tension, bands, and props to build strength, enhance joint mobility, and support bone health. This method promotes balance, posture, and deep muscle control, making it ideal for active aging and injury prevention. It’s a full-body, mind-body approach to strength training.
