I have been taking pilate on the reformer classes at Inspire Health for sometime now. The studio has a welcoming atmosphere, clean and thoughtfully designed to help you focus and feel comfortable. The instructors are fantastic whenever you do a private session or take a group class. If you are new to Pilates or are looking to deepen your practice , Inspire Health is a great choice.

Came here for instructions for hypermobility in Pilates. I have been doing Pilates for years, wrong for my hypermoble body. One class with Inspire Health they adjusted my body to feel the right muscles while I work out. One private even helped more to engage the right muscles while doing Pilates. Very impressed with Megan’s knowledge of the hypermobile body. Update, I also wanted to do a shout out to Alicia’s MELTS classes. They work on your fascia level of your muscles to improve fluid flow through the tissues. It has helped my lower back where I have arthritis and my hips. Being hypermobile means many loss joints and sore muscles. Alicia customizes the MELTS class for each person to get the maximum benefit out of the class. Thank you IH for all your expert PT’s that teach us and help us so much. Another Update After being sick for awhile and having a PRP in my left hip area. I finally got back to Pilates with a PT with Megan. She made sure I did not over do it and used light weights to started again. I just love this place. They are the real deal. They care for the person and make sure you get what your body can handle in the right way. Especially important for us hypermoble, hEDS people. Thank you Update: Savannah does a great job with Pilates with a PT. Each class is different and challenging. She pays close attention to each client’s needs and positioning to make sure each person is getting the most out of each exercise. Since I am hypermoble, hEDS, I cannot always feel if I am in the right position and she corrects my position to do the exercises right.

The name says it all:Inspire Health. From physical therapy with Eleanor to exercises for nagging arthritis I always feel better and inspired to do better after a visit to IH. My short 70+ yrs self is a bit envious of the lithe “ballerinas” who come for classes, but there are plenty of older clients like me who want to stay healthy and flexible for grandkids. Eleanor says, “Motion is lotion.” Inspire Health is the kind firm force that overcomes my inertia.

I've been going to Inspire Health since 2011, and have witnessed this remarkable team grow and evolve. Since the first time I set foot at IH after my back suregry, the entire team has been professional, friendly, and consistent. Every instructor is exceptional at adapting to each clients’ body type (from the most athletic to the most vulnerable). And after all these years, they somehow keep raising the bar, getting better and better. I don't know where I'd be without them. Plus, easy parking!

I just took my first-ever Pilates class, and it was an amazing experience! Sophia, the instructor, was fantastic—she made me feel comfortable right away and provided clear, step-by-step instructions that were easy to follow. The class focused on core strength, flexibility, and controlled movements. Some exercises were challenging, but Sophia offered helpful modifications and encouragement, making it accessible for all levels. She also emphasized proper form and breathing, which really helped me stay engaged and avoid any discomfort. By the end of the session, I felt both energized and relaxed. It was the perfect balance of movement and mindfulness. I’m already looking forward to my next class! The myofacial massages I have received from Geoff after a severe wrist fracture were a game-changer. He is incredible knowledgeable about how the body works. I’ve returned a year later for treatment on a “cranky” hip and am hoping for the same miraculous results.

I highly recommend Eleanore! A friend suggested her, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. She took the time to ask insightful questions before starting therapy, which made me feel heard and understood. Eleanore explained my condition using a spine model with a herniated disc, which really helped clarify what I was dealing with. She also provided excellent tips for home exercises and has a comprehensive plan for my future sessions. Eleanore is incredibly positive, professional, and knowledgeable. Even though I'm there for treatment, I genuinely look forward to our next session on my journey to recovery!

Inspire Health is and has been my go-to Pilates, PT and massage place for years. Their new facility is in a wonderful setting where most of the windows look out onto trees spaces. The quality of instruction makes sure that the workout is appropriate for me, giving modifications to an exercise when it’s needed. PT and massage treatments always get me back to my normal activities after an injury and helps keep me or improve my physical condition.
